On Friday, November 4 we're releasing two (very limited!) barrel-aged beers! The first is Barrel-Aged Birdsong, our saison aged in a mix of oak barrels that held gin in virgin oak as well as oak barrels that first held whiskey. For the second, Barrel-Aged Quotidienne, our Belgian Dubbel and aged it in cherry brandy barrels. Jup’s Soup will be serving up gumbo, tomato soup, and biscuits from 4-9 pm, too!
